This B24D was a Liberators purchased as a result of War Bonds sold to citizens of Texarkana, Texas in the summer of 1942. It's title was confirmed in a letter from the Chief of Special Events, War Savings Staff in September 1942.

However, it is quite probably that the B24 which was photographed to confirm the title was in fact one which was painted up several times with various other War Bond attributed titles purely for the photographer.
