This B24D was one of five Liberators purchased as a result of War Bonds sold to citizens of Beaumont and Port Neches in May 1942. It's title was confirmed in the Chronicle on 29th May 1942.

However, it is quite probably that the B24 which was photographed to confirm the title was in fact one which was painted up several times with various other War Bond attributed titles purely for the photographer.
